Sensaflex foam cushions are designed to provide effective pressure relief and comfort for individuals at risk of developing pressure ulcers. These cushions are commonly used in hospitals, nursing homes, and care facilities to enhance patient care.  Featuring a high-density foam base with a castellated gel memory foam top, offering optimal support and pressure redistribution.

There are 3 options dependent on patient requirements and suitability, see below for details.

• 3 memory foam cushions HIGH/VERY HIGH risk
• ALT-250 17×17″ – High Risk – User Weight 150kg/23st
• ALT-300  17X17″ – Very High Risk – User Weight 150kg/23st
• ALT-350 18×22″ – High Risk – User Weight 280kg/44st
• Multi-stretch and vapour permeable PU cover (washable)

Cover Washing Guidance

To launder the cover in a washing machine, set the main wash to 65^oC for no less than 10 minutes or 95^oC for no less than 3 minutes. The cover can be tumble dried on low heat and the temperature must not exceed 60^oC. The foam can be autoclaved at 134^oC.
