CoolMed lockable fridges are specialized refrigeration units designed for the safe storage of vaccines, biological samples, and other temperature-sensitive medical products. These fridges are critical in maintaining the cold chain for vaccines, ensuring that they are stored at the appropriate temperatures to remain effective and safe for use.

Designed to maintain a constant temperature, typically in the range of 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F), which is the optimal range for storing vaccines and medication.   Featuring a clear digital temperature display for real time monitoring and validating temperature recordings.  The fridges are designed to be High-performance insulation and cooling systems to ensure that temperature fluctuations are minimized.

Equipped with audible alarms to alert staff when the temperature falls outside the acceptable range.  Supplied as standard with a lockable door (with 2 keys) decreasing the risk of theft and the doors being left open.

CoolMed fridges are energy-efficient and Eco-friendly which is important for reducing operational costs and minimizing environmental impact.

Delivery direct from the manufacturer – normally 2-3 clear working days.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel at any time before the product is despatched.  Regardless of the reason and without incurring any cancellation charges. If you are not happy with the product, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that we require the returned product to be returned in good condition.  ie. undamaged, with all contents and with the original, undamaged packaging.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email on info@medipost.co.uk or call us on  01305 760750.  So that we can provide you with the correct return address.

Once the return of the product has been confirmed with us, the return must be completed within 14 days. If it arrives any later, Medipost will be unable to issue a refund. In order to speed up the identification of your return, we require your full details and order number to be clearly.  Preferably highlighted on the outside of the packaging ensuring not to damage either the packaging or the product.  Products returned without such identification will take longer to process and the refund may be delayed. You have a statutory duty to take care of the returned goods.  Any damage caused may void your right to return the product. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to CoolMed.

Returns

We recommend that you inspected the fridge prior to return. Despatch by a recorded method of delivery, as proof of return may be required. It should also be insured in case of damage during return transit.

If you do not use insurance and it is damaged or lost in transit back to Medipost, you are fully liable.  If insured, you will be able to claim reimbursement through your carrier. Once received in a perfect re-saleable condition and in its original packaging, Medipost will be able to issue a refund.

Please note that if any items are missing from the returned product (shelves, manual, keys etc), then you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
