The Birstall Bariatric Mobile Commode is a heavy-duty, wheeled toileting chair designed to provide safe, comfortable support for larger users and those with limited mobility. It features a strong, reinforced steel frame with a high weight capacity of up to 203 kg (32 stone), along with an extra-wide padded seat and backrest for added comfort. The commode is fitted with four castor wheels, each with brakes, allowing it to be moved easily and then securely locked in place during use. Detachable arms make side transfers from a bed or wheelchair safer and more convenient, while the removable bucket with lid and clip-on seat help ensure good hygiene and easy cleaning. Its versatile design means it can be used at the bedside, in the bathroom, or positioned over a standard toilet, making it a practical solution for both home and care environments.
