The terms and conditions below apply to the customer, client or purchaser of products and services provided by Medipost (UK) Ltd.

All prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the standard rate ruling at the date of the VAT invoice.
For non-credit accounts, payment is required in full on the date of the VAT invoice.
For credit accounts, payment of the VAT invoice shall become due within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue accounts will be reviewed, and credit may be withdrawn for all future orders.
Interest at 2% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts, and interest will accrue from the invoice date once a payment default has occurred.
In the event that an invoice remains unpaid at the end of the second month following the invoice date, it will automatically be passed to our lawyers for legal recovery action without further notice. Any lawyer’s fees and court costs incurred will be recoverable in addition to the outstanding debt and accrued interest. Further supplies of goods on credit will only resume once the outstanding invoice(s) and all associated recovery costs have been paid in full.
All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and excluding VAT which will be added together with any delivery charges on completion of your order. This can be viewed in your shopping basket before you submit your order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.
Orders over the value of £150 (excluding VAT) will normally be supplied carriage paid. Carriage charges will apply to orders below this amount.
Unless notified otherwise by the buyer the goods will be delivered to the buyers premises or its nominated address, and risk shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
Medipost use a third-party delivery service and cannot guarantee next-day delivery, although every effort will be made to despatch goods on the day the order is received, provided it is placed before 3pm and availability of stock.
For Scottish Highland, Ireland and offshore islands delivery is usually 2-3 clear working day. Orders from Eire can be collected directly from Medipost.
Any shortages will be notified to the buyer. While every effort will be made to ensure goods are delivered within the stated time, we cannot accept liability for any delays.
Some items will be delivered direct from the manufacturer/supplier and are subject to their own lead times and terms and conditions.
Claims for alleged defects, damages or shortages must be made within 3 working days of the delivery date. Non-delivery must be advised within 7 working days of the invoice date.
If the Buyer wishes to return Goods, they must first contact Medipost to provide a reason for the return and obtain a Returns Number. This number must accompany the returned goods. Returns will be accepted for refund if they are unopened and it its original packaging, damaged or defaced packaging cannot be resold. No credit will be issued until the Goods are received by Medipost in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Goods coming directly from the manufacturer, or which are made to order, are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Medipost will advise these terms and conditions by email once the buyer has placed their order.
Goods supplied correctly may not be returned unless prior agreement is made with Medipost. A restocking and collection fee may apply.
Goods that have been opened, damaged or otherwise rendered unfit for resale, will not be accepted as returns and must be paid for in full.

Please ensure you remove all original postage labels and package the parcel securely. Any damage/broken items returned due to packaging are not resaleable and therefore cannot be refunded.
