The Thermapen Classic is a high-precision digital food thermometer designed for quick and accurate temperature readings, ensuring food safety. It’s commonly used by chefs, home cooks, and food professionals for checking the internal temperature of food, therefore food is cooked safely and to the desired doneness.
It provides temperature readings in just 2-3 seconds, which is one of its standout features. Highly accurate, with a measurement range typically from -58°F to 572°F (or -50°C to 300°C) and an accuracy of ±0.7°F (±0.4°C). The large, backlit display rotates automatically, making it easy to read the temperature from any angle. It’s fully waterproof, therefore making it easy to clean and safe to use in various kitchen environments.
The Thermapen Classic has a long battery life, lasting up to 1500 hours on a single battery (depending on usage). Built with high-quality materials, the Thermapen is designed for long-lasting use in both home and commercial kitchens. The device is simple to operate, with a one-button function and a sharp, folding probe for easy storage and handling.
